Thank you for shopping with Divine Glow Candle Co.! Each order is packed with care from our small studio in Illinois. Please review our updated shipping policy below.

🕯️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with updates.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • UPS Ground

You’ll see available options at checkout.
Need something rushed? Reach out before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

📦 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and destination.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $175 (U.S. only).

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on the move, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

🚨 Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays. Divine Glow Candle Co. is not liable for late deliveries once the package has been handed off.

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Arrives damaged
  • Lost in transit

Please email us at info@divineglowcandleco.com within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct details and invoice you for the reshipment.

📦 PO Boxes & APO/FPO

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Be sure to format your address correctly to avoid delays.
