At Divine Glow Candle Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Refills and opened votive products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@divineglowcandleco.com to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) to:

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
